“Around the World with LCH”

  • Advantages of a common data dictionary to unify CRFs and enable comparison of clinical trial results amongst cooperative groups around the world
  • Lightening presentations from groups around the world (specifically: COG, NACHO, ECHO, France, Russia, South American, Asia)
  • Defining the problem: Response Criteria Past and Present (presentations from YI Ilia/mentor Ossama on their lit search and Olive Ecstein/Mark Fluechel to discuss pros/cons Persict vs Recist criteria)
  • Group Discussion: The path forward: Gaps and Strategy
    • We have defined today the different subcommittees necessary to address this – neuroradiology, biostatistics/epi, clinical – radiographic response, biologic response and identified participants that include both sides of ocean as well as senior/YIs.
    • Goal: Delphi survey (we have recruited an LCH stats person with DELPHI experience from Europe) with hope to have data to present at HS 2024.
