ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION

We are excited to announce that registration for the 41st Annual Meeting of the Histiocyte Society is now open! 

The 41st Annual Meeting of the Histiocyte Society will take place virtually and in person in Seattle, WA USA from September 28-30, 2025,
with Board and Committee meetings taking place on September 27. 

Registering on behalf of someone else or multiple people?

Each registration must be entered individually and use the attendee's name and email/contact information. Registrations under travel agent names or group names will not be accepted. Failure to register under the individual's name will prevent the attendee from receiving important updates, information and meeting app access. Please note important registration dates below: 

• Early Bird Registration Closes (both in person and virtual) - July 18, 2025
• Standard In-Person Registration Closes - September 12, 2025
• Virtual Registration Closes - September 19, 2025
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund if registration is cancelled between March 3, 2025 - July 18, 2025 
• 50% refund if registration is cancelled between July 19, 2025 - August 24, 2025
• No refund if registration is cancelled after August 24, 2025

Low & Middle Income Countries (LMIC):

All pricing and scholarships related to Low & Middle Income Countries (LMIC) apply only to individuals actively living and practicing in the countries listed on The World Bank's website as having an LMIC designation. A list of these countries can be found here (scroll to bottom of the page). Proof of residency and employment will be required in the form of a letter from your Supervisor. 

Please note: LMIC reduced pricing for registration is only available during the Early Bird pricing window.
