2024 TRAVEL INFORMATION
Airports
The most convenient airport to fly into is the Goa International Airport in Dabolim, located approximately an hour from the Radisson Blu. Registration for the meeting will cover the cost of group transfer both to and from the airport, which will be coordinated as time gets closer. The hotel is a 1-hour taxi ride from the airport.
A second airport, Manohar International Airport, is located approximately an hour and 45 minutes from the resort. We can also arrange transport from this airport which will be coordinated as time gets closer.
Visas
Visas will be required for most attendees and we have been informed that it is best to apply for a tourist visa. The application process can begin no longer than 30 days in advance of your travel via the official Government of India site: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/.
Transport to/from Airports

We have a small room block at the adjacent Novotel which can be reserved via the same method described below. Booking.com and Airbnb.com are great alternative options for finding accommodations.

This price includes a full buffet breakfast each morning and is a specially negotiated, non-refundable rate available only to our attendees and via the instructions below.
There are several different room types, most of which are located within beautiful, colorful villas. Every villa has 4 separate guest rooms, each with its own private entrance and en suite. They also offer a single hallway of typical hotel rooms, as well, for the same great pricing.
